You can now pay for your holiday online using your loyalty points, on www.les.castels.com - use points either to pay in full or as part payment and pay the rest by other means (credit card etc.)
You can check how many points you've totalled by visiting your personal Castellissime customer area on-line.

- With your Castellissime Card, you can earn points throughout the year for every overnight stay booked on our website or at any Les Castels site.
- The point-earning scale is variable from 2% to 15% on accommodation expenses depending the period of your stay. (see the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions)
- The points you earn are automatically credited to your account 7 days after the end of your stay.
- The points you earn are converted in Euros at the rate of 1 point = 1 Euro.
- For your next visit to a Castel resort or your bookings on our website, use your Castellissime Card as a real method of payment to pay for part or all of your holiday!
- As a Castellissime Card Member, you will soon receive new offers, reserved exclusively for our VIP guests!
